the accommodation was fairly clean, the room was spotless and trendy. i had reasonably priced room with kingsize bed. the daily breakfast was complementary with espresso and eggs floating in oil, as example. the hotel had a very central setting so close to bars & restaurants.
Well, the views were awful here.

The property is fairly clean with a stunning design. The English breakfast is complementary. Great and fab location, close to an underground station. This is a hotel go-to for London! I hope this helps!

Extremely pleasant room with a balcony, best employees in the numb waiter. Easy to find, close to a subway station...

The location is awesome and top, 2 km from Jo Loves Perfume Store. Quite close to the airport, 20 km, perfect for an early flight. Bright and immaculate rooms complete with jacuzzi, a decent size bathroom, as for instance.

Excellent location, just across the road from The Natural History Museum and V and A musuem. Just a three minute walk to Knightsbridge and an array of shops including Harrods. Also located close to the tube. Extremely comfortable room with a balcony.
The bar is very small. The lift is also old and small.

I cannot thank the hotel and staff anymore for their efforts in ensuring my stay at The Gallery was extremely welcoming and helpful. I am disabled, and they provided me with the hotel wheelchair to use to visit the museums which are close by. Apart from the few steps to enter the building, everything was effortless. All the staff were busy but always made time for any requests I had. The room which probably could do with a refurb sometime, was very clean and had a balcony and chairs which was an added bonus. Breakfast in the room is also a bonus if you struggle to get up in the morning, and being available until 10.30 is again another bonus. We don't all get up at the crack of dawn for food! Museums all very close by. The actual street is relatively quiet and very pleasant. We booked a Queen Double and had plenty of room, and nice bathroom.
The quality of the food could be better. The prices are very reasonable for London, but I would prefer to pay more for a better quality meal. TV in this room was an old analogue. Digital would be nice.

The location was excellent. So close to the underground and shopping areas. Choices of restaurants and cafes were fantastic. The area was surrounded by beautiful streets and fabulous sites. The room was a bit small but it is Europe and this is to be expected. If I were to return to London I would come back to this hotel. Thank you staff, your service was great.
I would of liked to have had toast at breakfast. Perhaps more selection of cheese as only one was offered. Iced tea offered in lobby had no taste. I would assume it was mixed incorrectly.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean and the cleaning of the room was of a good standard.
I objected to having to leave a cash deposit in case I ordered something whilst staying at the hotel - I immediately felt that I was not to be trusted. I also felt it not too helpful that the reception staff did not speak particularly good English. Being in a room facing the street, it was quite noisy late into the night - most probably because it was a weekend.
